Is there a worthwhile single player experience in Battlefield: Bad Company?

I played COD4: MW online for a long while but was disappointed with the single player game. Also, does Battlefield: Bad Company have a multiplayer/online component? Is it any good?Is there a worthwhile single player experience in Battlefield: Bad Company?
Well the single player campaign in Bad company does not have that many Jaw-Dropping moments to it, but it is quite a bit longer and has, in my opinion, much better characters. The only character I could really like was captain price but in BC all the characters were good. Plus in Cod4 campaign there is usually only one way to complete an objective, while in BC there were usually at least 3 completely different things you could do, whether it be running in there guns ablazing, sneaking in there and planting C4, or sniping from a long distance away.

Now for the online component.

YES Battlefield Bad company has an online component, and YES its very, very good. In my Honest Opinion its better than CoD4's Multiplayer. In BC Multiplayer there are 2 game modes. Gold Rush, Which is an attackers defenders game mode. And Conquest, which is a team death match with flags that you must capture, and spawn at.

Now there are only about 10 maps, But the maps are huge. Like you may need a vehicle(which there are plenty of) to get from one place to another. And although there are only 2 game modes, much like the campaign there are as many as 20 ways to help your team get to each objective.

In BC Multiplayer the matches are split up into teams of 12 vs 12. In BC you cannot make classes, the classes are already made, but by leveling up you can unlock new weapons and gadgets for each class. And by gadgets I mean like, Anti-vehicle mines or mortar strikes and such. And personally I like the class system because that way you cant be like a super soldier that has all the best weapons from each class.

All in all I would say that Personally like Battlefield Bad company much more than I like Cod4, because In CoD4 it feels Like a giant game of hide and seek where whoever finds the other first gets the kill, while in Bad Company, you must use cover, tactics, and teamwork to win out against your enemies.

So I would Suggest You try getting Battlefield Bad Company for its long and likable single player campaign, and its awesome and tactical Multiplayer. Is there a worthwhile single player experience in Battlefield: Bad Company?
I believe battlefield bad company is way better than cod after all battlefield b company came before cod 4 and the online is great and more realistic especially breaking through walls with the noob tube anyways multiplayer is tight especially ranking up to earn credits to buy new weapons and gadgets. So get this game and also its only $20Is there a worthwhile single player experience in Battlefield: Bad Company?
yeah, the SP on cod4 isnt the best...

Battlefield SP is well.... uh.... its own style. it might get repetitive, but it has ALOT better story then COD4, and your troop is hilarious. talking about everything from donuts with sprinkles to "truckosaurus rex"
b companys single player is great the levels r really long but there is only 8 of them
