How do i get battlefield bad company 2 to play in 1080p on ps3?

i have a big old 42" 1080p tv, and other games i own play in 1080p, but when i pop in battlefield bad company 2 it switches to 720p. how can i fix this issue?How do i get battlefield bad company 2 to play in 1080p on ps3?

Games that run at true 1080p are relatively few in number, because most developers don't consider the only marginal increase in visual fidelity to be worth the extra couple months of development resources required to enable it.



Graphically simpler games like fl0w can do it because there's less going on screen, and thus much less stuff to upscale, which in turn means less resources required.How do i get battlefield bad company 2 to play in 1080p on ps3?
