Nowhere close. The GT 430 is a low end card and BC2 is one of the more demanding games out there. You're going to need something along the lines of GTX 460/560 to max it out, along with a fast quad core CPU.

The minimum and recommend specs that EA/Dice put out for BC2 are an absolute joke. To actually run it at high settings you'll want a fast 3Ghz + quad core CPU, a GTX 460/GTX 560 Ti or Radeon 6870 or higher video card, and at least 4 GB of RAM. It depends on how much memory it has. The manufacturer does not say what the minimum required GPU is to run the game on high. I would suppose it could, but the rest of your computer has to be able to handle it as well.
